A recipient of the Pathophysiology Award, Dr. La Rocque completed residency training at Sinai-Grace Hospital, part of the Detroit Medical Center and affiliated with Wayne State University.
Currently practicing at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center (HCA Florida Healthcare) in Fort Pierce, Dr. La Rocque serves as Associate Medical Director and Core Faculty for the Internal Medicine residency program. He also holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Florida State University College of Medicine, where he is deeply committed to mentoring and developing future physicians.

With clinical experience spanning surgical and post-anesthesia care, Rachael began her career as a nursing extern at Ascension Macomb, then went on to serve as an Operating Room and PACU nurse at Parkview Medical Center. Most recently, she worked in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit at Trinity Health of New England, bringing calm, precision, and care to patients during critical moments of recovery.
In addition to a strong background in hospital-based nursing, Rachael is AMET-certified in Botox administration, having completed specialized aesthetic training in Miami, Florida. Blending clinical expertise with an artistic eye, Rachael offers a thoughtful and patient-first approach to aesthetic care—always aiming to help individuals feel confident, comfortable, and cared for.
