MEET THE TEAM

Dr. Raymond La Rocque is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician known for clinical excellence, compassionate care, and strong leadership in both hospital and academic settings. A recipient of the Pathophysiology Award, Dr. La Rocque completed residency training at Sinai-Grace Hospital, part of the Detroit Medical Center and affiliated with Wayne State University.

Currently practicing at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center (HCA Florida Healthcare) in Fort Pierce, Dr. La Rocque serves as Associate Medical Director and Core Faculty for the Internal Medicine residency program. He also holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Florida State University College of Medicine, where he is deeply committed to mentoring and developing future physicians.

With a strong belief in a patient-first philosophy, Dr. La Rocque is dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care that prioritizes each patient’s unique needs and well-being. His practice is rooted in empathy, communication, and a collaborative approach to healthcare—ensuring that patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in every aspect of their care journey.

Rachael is a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is a proud member of the National Honor Society for Nursing, Rachael has always been driven by a deep commitment to excellence in patient care.

With clinical experience spanning surgical and post-anesthesia care, Rachael began her career as a nursing extern at Ascension Macomb, then went on to serve as an Operating Room and PACU nurse at Parkview Medical Center. Most recently, she worked in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit at Trinity Health of New England, bringing calm, precision, and care to patients during critical moments of recovery.

In addition to a strong background in hospital-based nursing, Rachael is AMET-certified in Botox administration, having completed specialized aesthetic training in Miami, Florida. Blending clinical expertise with an artistic eye, Rachael offers a thoughtful and patient-first approach to aesthetic care—always aiming to help individuals feel confident, comfortable, and cared for.

As part of a family-run practice, Rachael is passionate about building long-term relationships with patients and providing a welcoming, supportive experience for every visit.

With over 30 years of administrative experience, Nicole is the heart of our front office and a vital part of ensuring that our patients feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. She spent 27 years as the Office Manager at Fred Elias Auto Sales, where she built a strong foundation in operations, customer relations, and efficient office management. Her natural ability to lead with both structure and empathy made her a trusted and respected figure in the workplace.

Nicole later transitioned into healthcare, bringing her exceptional interpersonal skills to Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan, where she worked for 7 years as a Clinical Service Representative. During that time, she was also selected to serve as a CSR Ambassador—a role that recognized her outstanding service, leadership, and dedication to patient care.

Nicole is often the first face patients see when they arrive and the first person to go to with questions. She is always happy to help and is committed to making each visit as seamless, efficient, and comfortable as possible. Whether it’s helping with scheduling, answering inquiries, or simply offering a warm smile, Nicole ensures that every patient feels heard, cared for, and confident in their care journey.
